Real Floors is the #1 multifamily flooring provider in the US & we're looking to hire an Outside Sales professional to cover the Raleigh metro area!
JOB OVERVIEW:
Are you in a a sales-oriented role in the residential construction industry? We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Professional to join our results-oriented team in the Greenville / Spartanburg area! We have active leads and need YOU to come on board and close the deals! The person we're looking for will have success in B2B prospecting and closing new business. Contacts and/or experience in the residential construction and/or Single Family Residential Rental Homes space is a plus!
This role targets GC's and real estate developers, as well as large regional and national property management companies with portfolios of thousands of rental homes. Compensation includes a base + monthly expense allowance + uncapped commission (paid monthly, based on gross profit of prior month's sales).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting regularly with existing accounts and prospecting new customers within the assigned territory.
Generating take-offs from plans and creating estimates using estimating software.
Negotiating and providing pricing for all customers.
Maintaining samples and other sales materials.
Interacting with customers, vendors and manufacturers to resolve any customer and service-related issues.
Meeting sales goals.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2+ years prior outside sales experience and a strong hunter mentality.
Prior prospecting experience and success in generating new accounts / closing new business.
Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills to efficiently and effectively manage and grow the business.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use various remote tools to conduct business.
Proficiency with MS Word, Gmail, Google Docs and/or Google Sheets is a plus.
Clean driving record, own reliable transportation, ability to travel daily to various customer sites within the assigned territory.
Contacts and/or experience in the Single Family Residential Rental Homes space is a plus!
Flooring knowledge and/or prior flooring installation experience is preferred, but is not required.
